Berbers are an ethnic group indigenous to North Africa. There are twenty-five to thirty million people speaking the Berber language. They call themselves i-Mazigh-en (singular: a-Mazigh), possibly meaning "free people" or "noble men".
This basket is hand made by artisans in Morocco, originally were used for carrying bread to the market. The geometric patterns along with the vibrant colors are a great representation of Islamic influence. Made out of natural materials, wool and raffia. Fuchsia, royal blue and white.


It can be used as a wall-hanging basket or a centerpiece on the table. Comes with the hook, but it can be easily removed.
